Tariff Per Week

Cot and highchair hire: £25.00 per item per week.

The above prices include a welcome pack for the apartments, consisting of water, orange juice, milk, tea coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam, cereal and eggs. And for the villa water, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam, cereal, ham, cheese, crackers, tomatoes and eggs.

Booking Conditions

• A £100 per week deposit is required when booking an apartment, and £500 deposit per booking for the villa. The full payment is required 42 days prior to your holiday. Full payment is required when your holiday commences within 42 days of booking.
• We do ask for a £500 security deposit for the villa and £250 security deposit for the apartments, which covers any breakages or shortages, damage to property or excess cleaning and is returnable within 7 days of your departure. This deposit is to be paid with your final balance and will be returned either by cheque (by post) or refunded to your credit card. The person under the booking name is liable for any damage to the property, and liability for damages is not limited to this sum.
• The accommodation will be available from 3pm on the day of your arrival. Every effort will be made to have your accommodation ready as early as possible. All accommodation must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are inclusive of IVA at the rate prevailing at the time of booking
• Please note that unless full payment has been received 42 days prior to arrival we reserve the right to re-let your accommodation
• Anyone using the accommodation does so entirely at their own risk and Hendra Holidays España will not accept liability for loss or damage to persons and / or property.
• Please note that if your cheque is returned to us by the bank as unpaid we will charge £10.00 to cover costs incurred.
• In the event that you have to cancel your holiday we will reimburse any monies paid for the accommodation less a £25.00 administrative fee provided we receive written confirmation 42 days before the commencement of your holiday. We do advise that you take a cancellation insurance as we do not issue refunds under any circumstances after this date.
• The Company reserves the right to terminate any booking before or during the holiday at it's discretion.
  We do not allow pets into the accommodation
• Flight times are not guaranteed and are subject to change without prior notice
• At no time must the number of persons sleeping in the accommodation unit exceed that stated in the tariff.
